As a world-renowned scientist, Hermann has caused a stir in recent decades with his publications on business psychology. He has long been considered a candidate for the Nobel Prize—and this year it finally seems to be his turn. If only death hadn’t gotten in the way.

During his lifetime, Hermann was a charismatic, educated, and warm-hearted bon vivant who used his appeal with women for numerous casual romances. He was married once, but that was a long time ago and wasn’t the right fit for a free spirit like him. One of his many partners was Annette. For Hermann, it apparently wasn’t anything serious.
